SRI PADA (Adam's Peak)
Sri Pada, also known as Adam’s Peak, is a 2,243-meter-high mountain in Sri Lanka’s Rathnapura District, revered by Buddhists, Christians, and Muslims for its sacred footprint. Surrounded by forested hills and a wildlife reserve, it is home to diverse species, including elephants and leopards. Pilgrimages to Sri Pada occur from December to May, with some adventurers visiting during the off-season. The mountain can be accessed via three trails, with the Kuruwita-Erathna road being the second most popular, providing a convenient starting and ending point for pilgrims.

DIVA GUHAWA (Day time cave )
Diva Guhawa is a cave temple believed to be where Lord Buddha rested during his visit to Sri Pada (Adam’s Peak) with 500 followers, as mentioned in the Mahavamsa. It is one of the nine places Buddha visited during his third trip to Sri Lanka. The cave offers a spectacular view of Sri Pada and can accommodate over 500 people, supporting its identification as Diva Guhawa. Located about 5 km from Kuruwita town on Erathna road, an ancient trail to Sri Pada, Diva Guhawa is approximately 4.5 to 4.7 km from the nearby Villa.

BO-PATH ELLA
Bopath Ella, located in Kuruwita, is a 30-meter-high waterfall named for its shape, which resembles a “Bo” tree leaf (sacred fig). The water flows through a narrow gap in the rocks before widening, forming this distinctive shape. The waterfall, fed by the Kuru Ganga (a tributary of the Kalu Ganga), is surrounded by virgin forests rich in biodiversity. It is used for paddy cultivation and is the most extensively studied waterfall in Sri Lanka. Bopath Ella is a popular tourist destination due to its proximity to Colombo and its easy accessibility. It is situated about 8.5 km from the Villa.

Batadomba Lena
Batadomba Lena is an important prehistoric cave site located in Kuruwita, Sri Lanka, renowned for the discovery of skeletal remains of the "Balangoda Man," an early human species dating back approximately 30,000 years. Eli Hatha
This is an another wonderful creation of nature, located in the Samanalakanda Forest Reserve . Here water comes pouring from top of a mountain making seven water falls by a river called "Naya Ganga".This is really an excellent location which is too amazing to believe and you can see more than fifteen big and small waterfalls in close proximity. Also the forest around Eli Hatha is a safe roof to lots of rare animals and plant species. So if you want to catch two birds from one stone, Eli Hatha is a good choice.

Warnagala Falls
Warnagala Ella Fall is a waterfall lying on the Kuruwita – Erathna track to Sri Pada. Warnagala meaning “the coloured rock” probably got its name from the colourful bedrock due to various mineral deposits.it is a popular destination for nature lovers and photographers.
